JOBLOG_INFO can now sort, cap and time-filter a joblog inside the call
With 7.6 TR2 and 7.5 TR8, JOBLOG_INFO takes MESSAGE_ORDER, MESSAGE_LIMIT and MESSAGE_TIMESTAMP, so a query can ask for the newest few messages since a point in time without reading the whole joblog. Build job-failure checks and any agent's read of the record on these parameters, newest first and bounded, so the evidence a person reviews is the same slice the tool saw.
